To begin your Loan Locker Pre-order registration, all applicants must read and review the policy letter.

Return Policy

All borrowed items must be returned in clean, working condition by the due date. If items are not returned, two attempts will be made to contact the Service Member, Family Member, or DoD Civilian. If those attempts are unsuccessful, the Service Member’s/DoD Civilian’s chain of command will be contacted for assistance. If all items are not returned, the Service Member will not be cleared when they out-process/clear JBER. Prior to acceptance, staff shall thoroughly inspect all returned items to ensure they are clean, dry, and in good working condition. Staff cannot accept items that are dirty or otherwise not in good condition. The borrower is responsible for replacing all lost or damaged items with a product of equal quality. Dirty items will not be accepted.

Service Delivery Statement of Understanding

If you’ve never been to the Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) – Army Community Service (ACS) before, you may be unsure of what to expect. The following information is offered for you to consider and, if you wish, to discuss with a staff member.

Service Delivery Statement of Understanding
  • All customers have the right to fair and equitable treatment including: the right to receive services in a non-discriminatory, culturally responsive, and affirming manner, the consistent enforcement of program rules and expectations, and equal access when requesting and receiving services.
  • The M&FRC is here to assist you in a variety of ways. We can help customers prioritize their concerns and needs and assist them in understanding what resources may enable them to cope with personal and work-related situations. Many people have learned that talking with a qualified, objective, third party is very helpful when confronting a new or stressful situation. The M&FRC offers classes and workshops, as well as a center filled with resources, magazines, brochures, and computers that you may find very helpful.
  • You can expect the M&FRC staff to respect your right to privacy. You should know, however, that M&FRC staff members do not have complete privileged communication. If your supervisor/commander/first sergeant made the appointment for you to come to the M&FRC, we will provide general feedback to that person but will not ordinarily go into specific detail about your situation. The squadron/unit commander will be notified of situations, which may directly impact on personal health, safety, or mission accomplishment.
  • As in civilian life, M&FRC staff members are required by law, with or without your consent, to contact proper authorities: (1) If they believe you intend harm to yourself or others, (2) If family member maltreatment, sexual abuse, child neglect, or drug use is suspected.
  • You will be asked to provide demographic information, which is electronically stored (and secured). The record contains demographic information, a brief description of your visit(s), and your service plan. Records are maintained for the sole purpose of assisting you, the customer.
  • Photographs: Please be aware that photographs may be taken for use in promoting our programs and events. The photographs may be used in various media outlets, including (but not limited to) internet, publications, and social media. If you do not want your picture taken or shared, please inform a staff member during the event in which photographs are being taken.
