Resiliency programs at JBER are designed to provide all uniformed Service Members opportunities to enrich their lives through activities that promote physical health, mental fitness and overall well-being.

• PROVIDES- Soldiers / Leaders / Unit mitigation and coping skills that can address unresolved transition issues, common high risk behaviors, reintgration to the unit, building unit cohesion, increased morale, and contributing to combat readiness. Program utilizes guided high adventure activities to bridge real world events with WAQ activities in a “safe environment.”
• FUNDING – Program is centrally funded and free to the requesting active Army unit.


A centrally funded resiliency program that is open to all uniform service branches on JBER.


An FSS giveback to Airmen and Soldiers to promote Unit cohesion.
• FUNDING – Includes $4 per person in the squadron / company for both active duty and civilians. FY20 bucks expire 30 Sept 2020. Contact the JBER Life! marketing office at 552-5900 for more info.
